At Beard Bright, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of every product we craft. That’s why we offer our Genius Guarantee — a straightforward, no-nonsense satisfaction promise.

1. Our Promise to You

If you purchase any Beard Bright product and are not completely satisfied for any reason, simply return the remaining product to us and we’ll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund under the Genius Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • The original order must have been placed through an official Beard Bright sales channel (e.g., beardbright.com or an authorized partner).

  • The customer must return the remaining product (regardless of usage amount) to Beard Bright at their own shipping expense.

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

3. Return Instructions

To request a refund under this guarantee:

  1. Email our support team at support@beardbright.com with your order number and intent to return.

  2. You’ll receive the return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Ship the remaining product(s) to the provided address using a trackable method.

  4. Once received and processed, your refund will be issued.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the return is received and verified. Refunds may be issued via:

  • The original payment method used for the purchase

  • Store credit toward future Beard Bright purchases

  • PayPal, if preferred or required due to processing limitations

Note: The method of refund will be selected in consultation with the customer, but final determination may depend on payment platform limitations.

5. Additional Terms

  • Refunds are limited to the cost of the product only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Beard Bright reserves the right to deny refunds for excessive, abusive, or fraudulent use of the Genius Guarantee.

  • This guarantee is limited to one refund per product type per customer unless otherwise authorized in writing by Beard Bright.
